Happy Monday!!
Anyone else excited to be back in the day to day routine after the holidays?! I’m so ready to jump back into my “normal” life! With that being said one of my FAVORITE things to help my days go a little smoother is time blocking!

I’ve tried that before and it didn’t work.
I don’t have time for that.
I can’t schedule my entire day out.
I hear you, and I see you. Let me be perfectly clear YOU CAN TOTALLY DO THIS!!! This year I’m going to stop justifying my “can’t do’s” with excuses and I think you should do it with me!=)
Anyway….
back to the time blocking! Heres the deal, I’m a busy mama of four and there is NO WAY I can plan my entire day out hour by hour. That just doesn’t work, and unless you have a very routine day every day it probably won’t work for you either.
What I can do is take a chunk of time and write down a few things that need to be done! It keeps you from feeling like you have so much to do in a day. If you know you have two things to get done by 9 AM that is way less stressful than having twelve things that need done in a day and not knowing when you’ll be able to get it done.
I’ve created such an easy way for you to get started time blocking your day. It’s going to help you get your time back, be productive not just busy, and brain dump everything you need to do! Seriously how nice would it be to sit back and relax with a cup of coffee every once in a while and not worry about getting anything done?!
